*If you have multiple accounts, make sure to login to the account you want to can
- Go to the premium member page (https://account.nicovideo.jp/premium/unregister)
- Click the "Proceed to Unsubscribe" button for the payment method you are using, and follow the instructions at the bottom of the page to cancel your subscription.
*We do not prorate services if they are canceled in the middle of the billing cycle. If you cancel, your premium membership will be disabled immediately. You'll still have access to content as a free member after you cancel.
For Smartphone Users
- Access the following URL and login to the account you want to cancel.

- Tap “Cancel my Premium Membership” at the bottom of the page.
- A questionnaire will be displayed. Answer the questionnaire and tap “Submit” or tap “Skip”.
- Tap the “Proceed to Unsubscribe” button in the Payment Methods section of the page.
- Follow the cancellation procedure on the displayed screen.

If you are paying with an Apple Account (monthly or annual subscription), you may turn off the auto-renewal setting from the App Store to return to a free membership at the end of your subscription period.
