If you're not receiving emails from us, there are a few things you can try.
 
  1. Password reset email and registration email
    If you don't see the email in your inbox, please make sure to check your junk/spam folders.
     
    • Check your junk/spam mail folder
      Depending on your mail service, auto-response emails can sometimes get filtered into your junk mail folder automatically.

    • Check your phishing/suspicious email settings
      Remove the settings or have your account settings to allow emails with the following domains:
      @nicovideo.jp
      @dwango.jp
      @dwango.co.jp

  2. Updates from Niconico
    Log in to your account and update your contact information from the following link. https://account.nicovideo.jp/my/contacts If you see an error, please change the email subscription settings and subscribe to the newsletter again.

  3. Subscribed Blomaga
    If you're not receiving Blomaga posts by emails, here are the possible reasons.
     
    • The Blogmaga channel doesn’t send posts by email.
      They can choose whether to send emails on each article. It depends if you may or may not receive emails.
    • If you use your Niconico Points to purchase paid articles, you will not receive emails. You can click the "Email Button" on the article page to send yourself an email after purchasing paid articles. There's a checkbox that says "subscribe mail magazine"
    • There's a checkbox that says "subscribe mail magazine". If you uncheck the checkbox when you signed up you will not receive emails.
      When your subscribed Blomaga starts a new mail magazine, you need to set up your email subscription.You can sign up for the newsletter from each Blomaga page.
