You can cancel your premium membership by canceling the in-app automatic recurring payment from the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android).
Once your premium membership expires after canceling the automatic recurring payment, your membership status will become free.
Note:
- Please refer to the App Store or Google Play support for canceling automatic recurring payments.
- You will not receive a prorated refund if you cancel during your subscription period.
- If you subscribe to Premium in the middle of the month, we cannot prorate the subscription fee.
