Inquiries accepted by another support center

Customer support centers for the PC browser and smartphone version of Niconico are each different.
Please see the help page for each Niconico service.
 

Before contacting us

  • As we are unable to accept inquiries over telephone please contact us using an Inquiry form.
  • Please give specifics regarding issues in order to expedite the review process.
    The more detail you give us, the faster we can provide a solution.
  • We deal with your inquiries in a case-by-case basis, but a response may take time depending on the nature of the inquiry.
  • Check to see if sent email is in your spam or junk folders if you don't receive an email.
  • Ensure your email is correct and your email client can receive email from dwango.co.jp.
  • All inquiries are read, but we are unable to provide responses to individual inquiries depending on the content.
 

Inquiries we will not respond to

  • The above inquiries accepted at another support center.
  • Requests to explain reasons for deletion of videos/broadcasts, removal of comments/tags and so forth.
    (Check your account email address for notifications)
  • Excessive inquiries regarding similar subject matter
    (Users accounts may be suspended or deleted at the sole discretion of Niconico customer support.)
  • Inquiries unrelated to niconico and/or its services.
  • Inquiries regarding external tools and/or websites managed by another company or individual.
